APPLY FOR AN OPEN CREDIT ACCOUNT WITH KRS

Below are PDF files to download for applying for an open credit account with KRS.  The forms are as follows:

Two page Credit Application-Please fill out fully including providing three credit references.  It is also very important that the application be signed.

Tax Exempt Form-If your company is exempt from sale tax, we must have this form filled out completely which includes your tax exempt number and the form must be signed.  Without this form KRS must charge you tax on every transaction.

EPA Certification Form-KRS does require from all customers proof that each customer is compliant with the EPA rules for purchasing refrigerant.  This is a requirement for verification that your company qualifies as a wholesale account.  It is KRS’s policy that we only sell product to HVAC/Refrigeration dealers, contractors or companies and institutions that employ technicians directly to maintain their HVAC/Refrigeration systems.  The EPA certification verifies that status.
